We collect as little as possible, because we don't need much. There is no user account on this site and no password to remember.
What we collect
Your email address, so we can send you the order link and the delivery notice. The amount, currency and payment reference from our payment provider. Your language, so the emails are in the right one. The date, IP address and browser user-agent of the first time your credentials are opened.
Why we keep the credential-access record
That single record — first view date, IP, user-agent — is our proof of delivery if a payment is disputed. It is not used for advertising, profiling or resale, and it is never shared except with the payment provider handling that specific dispute.
Payment data
We never see your card number. Payment is handled entirely on our payment provider's hosted page, and they are the data controller for that step.
Analytics
We record six product events (page view, CTA click, checkout start, purchase, credentials viewed, login code requested) in PostHog, to know whether the site works. No advertising pixel, no third-party tracker, no cross-site profile.
Who else sees your data
Our payment provider (payment), our email provider (the two emails we send you), our hosting provider, and the platform that operates the manager network which creates the account. Nobody else. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years, because tax and dispute rules require it. Analytics events are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
Email support@24haccounts.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion. We answer within 30 days. Deletion covers everything we are not legally required to keep.
