Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy the account creation service sold on 24haccounts.com. Buying means you accept them.
What you are buying
You are buying a service: we create one new TikTok account for you in the United States, on a real device with a real US SIM card, and hand you full access to it. You are not buying an existing account, an aged account, or an account with an audience.
Price and payment
The price is $120 USD, charged once, per account. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery
We deliver in 1 to 24 hours in the normal case. Delivery means the username, the password and the account's email address are available to you on your order page. If we have not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you get a full refund without having to ask.
Ownership and access
Once delivered, the account is yours. We keep no access to it and we will not use it. You are responsible for changing the password, securing the email address, and complying with TikTok's own terms from that point on.
Replacement guarantee
If the account is banned by TikTok within 7 days of delivery, email us and we create a new one for you at no cost. The guarantee covers one replacement per order. It does not cover an account banned because of what you published or how you used it.
Refunds
Full refund if we fail to deliver within 48 hours. Full refund if you cancel before we start creating the account. Once the credentials have been shown to you, the service has been performed and is not refundable — the replacement guarantee applies instead.
Acceptable use
You may not use an account bought here for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or anything illegal where you live. We refuse service and issue no refund where an order is clearly placed for those purposes.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We do not control TikTok's moderation decisions and cannot guarantee that an account will remain active beyond the replacement guarantee above.
Independence
24haccounts is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance. "TikTok" is used here only to describe the platform the account is created on.
